Default $ 11 rebuy tourney..........6-7 on the button what to do ????

We are well into the tournament, blinds are 600-1200. UTG + 2 limps 40,000 in chips, 5 seat limps 17,000 in chips, I limp on the button with 6-7 24,000 in chips, SB completes 11,000 in chips, big blind checks 35,000 in chips, 5 to the flop. Q-4-5 two clubs. BB led for 1200 UTG + 2 raised it to 4,800 now its folded to you on the button. What to do?

I find that the EP big underbet usually is some kind of draw that they want to get cheaply. They feel that if they check, it will look like weakness, so they bet a little in hopes of getting people behind to smooth call instead of betting more. So, I put BB on some kind of draw. The raiser most likely has a Queen, but I wouldn't rule out a small set (44,55). I think you are drawing to 6 outs, not 8, and I would therefore fold. You are not closing the action with your draw, so you would hate to put in the T4800 and have it get popped behind you forcing you to muck.
I think this is a pretty easy muck, IMO.

Preflop is good.

Fold. There's 12K in the pot and it costs you 4.8K to try and hit your 8 outer. That's not enough in immediate pot odds to hit your hand that may have some of its outs tainted by the flush draw on the board. Plus the fact that BB might re-raise and set you in. If UTG+2 only called, you'd have a clear call, but with a bet and a raise, you have to toss your draw in the muck.

I would have folded 76o on button preflop in this situation. 76s, maybe, but not 76o.

Default Results: Is 6-7 on the button that bad a play??

I folded after the flop as did the BB, I think considering the stack sizes at the time, I don't see anything wrong with seeing a flop. Easy hand to get away from or bust someone or yourself lol.

27o is an easy hand to get away from as well but I'm not interested in seeing a flop it. I agree with Ed, suited yes, offsuit I'd leave it.
