Default Lets see if you guys like this one any better

If I wasnt open to critisism, I wouldnt post this hand after the lashing I took on the last one. So here goes.

The only draw is a gutshot so I like my flop raise.
The turn raise probably shouldve been higher , right?
My main concern is the river. I almost pushed all in after he check raised, but AT was a concern. Im a wuss and shouldve pushed right?

Would he play TT or 22 the same way? If so it's a push, but it's close. If he plays AK this way then it's definetly not a push

Would UTG limp AT? I think it has to be either that or TT/22, with the latter seemingly more likely (just based on how many ways he can have it). It also seems like that massive underbet is more likely to be TT/22 than AT, but I could be wrong.

Thus, I think pushing is going to be a bit more high variance, but it's quite possibly +EV, so long as you can rule out AK.

have a feeling this should be a fold or push, based upon your read of the player

youre calling when behind and not maximizing profit when ahead

i know this is a hard spot, dont mean to be overly critical

I think that you played this hand fine. Based on the way that he is massively underbetting the flop and turn, this looks like he's trying to get a cheap showdown. If I were to guess, villain holds KK, a failed limp-reraise pre-flop and rivered an underboat.

I like the flop raise.

I like the turn raise.

The river check-raise is awfully scary. But he didn't raise all-in.

Hrm...

I put him on a smaller boat. But how small? 22? KK? It's hard to say. It could very well be AT or AK.

I'd just call the river.

I push here. No preflop raise means no AK. A10 is a possibility, but I doubt it. The $100 river bet was not convincing. I think he raised hoping to steal with AJ. I figure by pushing this hand in this spot every time I make money.

wish someone would reply to what i wrote

i dont see why everyone thinks Hero is ahead so often

against TAG opponents this is a really bad spot imho

i limp with ATs UTG, AK is just as likely as KK

TT less likely than AT etc

"i limp with ATs UTG" - then I wouldnt call you TAG
"AK is just as likely as KK" - perhaps
"TT less likely than AT" - why is that?
