I would c/r all-in.

It looks stronger than an open push. It gets more money in the pot if you take it down there (and I would assume the LAG left to act would bet out after two checks). There is the possibility of the free card if it's checked through, and finally, if the LAG bets, and the BB c/r's before me, I could reevaluate where I stand and possibly folding.

I'm also very LAGGy and haven't played an ACT III yet (which I assume this is) so take it for whatever it's worth.
