I nearly slapped myself for calling that river. Time to give up for the day, since this was a loose one

You could bet/fold. He could very well be bluffing at the scare card since you checked to him....

The problem is that if your opponent is reasonable there is pretty much nothing that he could have called a turn bet with that doesn't have our hero beat on the river.

I think it's a pretty easy check/fold...what is villian calling the turn with that he doesn't beat hero by the river?

Wow, I'm dumb. Didn't realize hero was UI, somehow thought he had TPTK....

if he had TPTK, bet-call > bet-fold IMO. no fold TPTK HU on riv to a measly three flush board. gimme a 3 flush 4 card straight board, all in the 8-J range, and we can talk foldy.
