Default AA, Push small edge?

MP1 is somewhat of a thinking player, all others are typical.

If I do indeed have the best hand, my edge is small. Where can I correctly push my edge here?

The best place is the flop. If you don't have the best hand here, you don't have the best hand anywhere (except for maybe on the river). By the way, you would have to hold a gun to my head to make me fold this river. That 3 falling is a great card for you. Sure - it completed a flush draw, but I don't see anyone raising. If the guy has a boat, good for him. However, the 3 just counterfeited something stupid like 8T, TJ, or 8J. I would really, really, call this river. I suspect we have the best hand here much more than 5% of the time.

I don't see how we can fold the river here when we only need to be good 1/25 times.

No, this should make you want to call MORE. I am almost 100% positive that you have MP3 crushed.

Right, but can I beat MP1 and MP3? Yes I only have to be good 1/25 times here, but there is a bettor and a caller, and more to act behind me. Can I really think that my one pair is ever good here? (Note, I planned on calling and perhaps overcalling any non diamond river)

You now have two pair, not one pair. My point is this. You aren't 96% sure you are beat here. You should call. Really. If someone raises, and it's two back to me after I call, then I'm 96% sure I'm beat and I fold. Until then though, I call.
