Default edgerrin james for torry holt? straight up trade

do you make this trade?
this would leave me with willis mcgahee, stephen davis, thomas jones and tatum bell at RB.

as for WR's, right now i have mccardell, jimmy smith, and amani toomer.

i think this is a good trade for me, anyone disagree?

James is a much better player. You should be getting more for him.

Edge is a RB. Therefore, he's more valuable than Holt most of the time.

If you start 2 RB's and 3 WR's, I think you could make this trade, but you'd probably be asking for Moss or Owens instead. Otherwise, I'd reject it very, very quickly.

Keep James. Trade Davis or Jones for Holt. Package somebody else with it if you have to.

You mean you wouldn't make the trade or you mean the guy with Holt wouldn't do it?

No guy with Holt would ever do that IMO.

Really depends on the league. In a deep league starting RBs are very precious commodities. In one league I am in, it is not uncommon at all to see someone sell a bigtime WR to get two RBs (assuming that they have decent depth at WR of course).
