I'm not sure how you've decided you're beat, but I'm 3-betting this river. If villain has AA or KK he played it horribly, and w/ JQ I would expect him to show aggression on the turn. I think you're ahead here more often than not.

My comments were referring to flop play..obviously turn is great card..but odds are he hit a 2 out draw
