There's really no good reason for them to be banned.

I like to put my sunglasses on right before I bluff someone. Then I take them off when the floor walks by.

The good thing about sunglasses IMO is that it prevents people from knowing that you are looking at them. There are other ways to accomplish this though.

Good way to bluff. No one will pick up on this pattern

I was hoping/assuming this was a joke. If not well it should probably be posted here.

That site has some (unintentionally) hilarious posts. From a thread about a home tournament (titled "Does anyone have any good tips for playing against idiots???"):

We had to split 100 poker chips between 6 people, so I didn't have much to begin with.

But it has been found and infiltrated by 2+2 trolls. I think it's pretty safe to assume that any poster without a picture is a 2+2er.

Well nobody has posted this so I will. Supposedly there is a type of marked card which requires sunglasses to read. Do a search on luminous readers for more information. I know of sunglasses being banned in at least one poker room for this very reason (people being paranoid about luminous readers and complaining to management, not anyone actually using them).

This is my first post here and I wanted to use it to express my disbelief in the My Space message board. Honestly, their threads are jokes. Do they not understand how utterly rediculous they sound?

Oh yeah, by the way, hi. I've been reading the 2+2 for about a month now after picking up SSHE and NLHE and am really looking forward to becoming part of the community. I'll post hands soon enough.

It would be pretty tough to get a casino to use said marked cards.

LMAO! The funniest thing is when someone has shades on and I can SEE their eyes through the lenses. They think they are being surreptitious...
