Microsoft Virtual Desktop Manager works great for Windows XP (Free download at microsoft.com) and is very easy to setup.
I have it so i switch between desktops using my third mouse button

3200*2400 is what he is looking for. It should be possible, but very expensive.

A far better solution would be 4 monitors squared. If done proffesionally that would be almost as good. If not better.

I keep thinking about that setup with 4 times Dell 2001 hanging on the wall... darn... can´t get any sleep ...

You never said anything about non-overlapping...just open up your 4 favorite party skins and play 4 tables each. presto, you have 16 tables open [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

As others have pointed out, your options are limited.

You can pay out your ass for some insane piece of hardware that's going to require kids gloves to use the way most people use their normal displays.

You can use a multi-monitor setup. There was a company I saw a few months back that had a pretty sweet looking quad lcd display setup...wish I could find the url. It would be much cheaper to buy mounts (wall, stands, articulating arms, etc), a new video card suited for the purpose, and the lcd's then option one.

You can use a software based virtual desktop program, but you're likely going to need a very high end system to run 4 concurrent 1600 x 1200 displays + whatever else you normally run. If anyone has any experience with these programs, personally I'd be very interested in their views. My own experience has been poor, but my hardware isn't top notch (custom built over-clocked athlon xp system running around 2.16 Ghz, 1 gig dual channel ddr, radeon 9600, etc).

i think the best way to go about it would be to get a company to set up 4 15"LCD UGXA panels all touching the edges of each other in a square shape. if its true that a video card can't handle the resolution youre looking for, then you certainly can buy 2 computers and have 2 monitors per, assuming you use 2 mice to cover all the action. i know you want it all on 1 monitor, but i really do not believe there are any products on the market that have this capability. you can get it custom made as some of the posters here advised, but id be surprised if it didnt run you a gigantic fortune.

As far as thge $10,000 monitor goes it has a resolution of 3840x2400 which I think it has already been pointed out but that would not hold 16 tables... more like 8 with a little bit of desk space left over possibly 10 tables if you are pushing it...

On one monitor - I think you have zero options unless you want to figure a way out to magnify the IBM $8400 monster.

Get 4 Dell 2001FP's and multiple head video card. Upgrade your PC, or buy a new top end one with oodles of RAM, etc..Maybe even a dual processor.
