Because of the PFR's relative position to the loosepassive player, and the (lack of) strength hero has shown thus far, I think it is unreasonable to conclude that we are behind his hand after he raises the flop.

I think the PFR has a hand like AK, AQ a substantial percentage of the time after he raises the flop.
