My post is about the original Rico.

I forgot to mention that he went through three or four racks in the 90 minutes I played. Of course, this should not be taken as an accurate reflection of his long-term results.

UPDATE!!!!! - New Rico Pics
======================================

Last night Rico was once again at the local bar game. This time it was the qualifier for the $2000 private freeroll in tunica tonight (only bar tourney qualfiers play in this tourney).

Sure enough Rico the "poker pro" was there to get himself a seat in this "lucrative" little game. Ironically enough I noticed a few things about Rico... the shirt was the same. 2+2 readers had confirmed that he does, in fact, wear this same shirt EVERY night he plays poker. Apparently this is his poker uniform or something. The gold chain and gaudy gold rings on every finger were still intact as well.

He also had the infamous backward Pokerstars hat on as well. The sunglasses were in full effect, as were his "shufflin chips".

As usual note that rico was still shuffling his $1 Hollywood Chips as his real tournament chips sat undisturbed to his left. This is apparently part of the Rico intimidation tactic school of thought. :shrug:

Rico did add one element to his poker wardrobe however....that was his cellphone earpiece. It was hard to see in that picture as it was dark and smokey... but he had this white cellphone earpiece that stayed in the entire time he was in the bar. I don't know if he ever takes it out. One has to wonder if he uses a white one because the guys on TV use white earpieces for thier ipods.

This was a 21 person tournament where the top 4 people advance. Unfortunately for poor Rico, he was knocked out in 15th place. Better luck next time tiger. THIS, however did not keep our good friend Rico from the tables, or from shuffling his chips. That's right. Rico stayed in his seat shuffling away and quoting numbers for a good hour before he was asked to leave to make room for the table consolidation.

Did Rico leave? Of course not. He then pulled up a chair to watch the final table. This makes for my favorite picture of the night: Rico kicked back watching the final table.

Note that the was a brief moment of panic when Rico thought he had lost his card cover (some disc from the casino gift shop). Rico was freaking out but this was put to rest when a buddy of mine, Mike, informed him that he told him to put it in his pocket when he got up. Rico checked his pocket and sure enough, there was his precious card cover :thumbup:
