Why did you put things worse than 88 in his range? (If you had seen him reraise out of the blinds often before, or if he didn't care about position at all, you should have stated that I think.)

am i just stupid or isn't calling a 40 dollar reraise quite risky? the intention is to outplay the player on the flop i suppose, but what if he has a premium hand and the flop isn't acehigh. doesn't hero get fcuked ?
