Oldie green tomatoes are great for targets. They blow up cool. Get your mini-14 out and have some fun. You can also make large piles of green tomatoes and have a blast reducing them to pulp with the pump-action 12-gauge. Perhaps this winter I could come up and help you with this edifing project.
