Don't have the hand history, but all that matter is that I'm holding two little Rockets and preflop it is capped, flop it is capped, turn it's capped and the river its capped.

She (he? who knows) flips over A3 to make a straight on the runner runner and tells me pocket Ace's are crap and "so many things can beat them".

Party 10+1 SNG blowing off a little steam while a bit tipsy the other night.

I knock my option of T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the BB

Flop comes 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Checked around 3 players.

Turn Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
I bet pot, I caller.

River 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
He bets like 100, I just call.
6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in EP. Sweet. He didn't break me and I finished 2nd. He went out 8th. :smirk

you don't think he could be overplaying AA or KK 1 time in 14 here (or possibly more, but the pot's at least that big)? I think you have to call that river for one more bet.

No, I absolutely knew he had a Q on the turn. He wore his hand on his face.

He may as well have been playing his cards face up.

He had no idea what I had, though.
I rock.

I think i might win this one guys.
Sorry but i lost the hh when i had to delete my party folder to register with empire with the old registry trick.

Party 2/4 10 handed
Mind you this is all at the same table, although i was 4 tabling at the time.

1) I get AsAh, 3 bet pf UTG+2, button calls 3 cold. 4 to flop, 4sAc7h, turn Kd, river 8 h. Capped the whole way down 4 ways,
button shows 5d6d

2)next hand, i get AsAd in MP1, capped pf 3 ways, flop Ac9h3h, i raise flop, turn Jd, checked to me, i bet, get raised, i three bet and get it HU against UTG pfr. River Kc, it gets capped (he did raise pf, what could he have?). He has TcQh.

3) very next hand, (The most painful too) i get AcAd in MP2. I raise pf and the blinds and i go to to the flop. Flop As6h3c. Capped with the BB caught in the middle. Turn is a beautiful Qd. It is capped again, but we lose the BB and its HU to the river. River is 3s. It gets capped again. I see 3d3h and cry.

After that hand i had to get up from the computer and leave the room, so that i would not break anything.

Lesson learned though, no matter what happens to me in my poker career, I dont know if any beat could be this bad.

BTW the odds of getting aces 3 consecutive hands and flopping a set each time is about 2.2*10^-10 if my math serves me, and that doesnt factor in losing the hands.

You lost 34.5 big bets in three hands while flopping a set with aces in all three. I'm speechless.

Yeah. You win because if every person alive played three hands, you'd probably be the only one to flop three consecutive trips with AA. I'd say that severely pushes the limits of plausibility just for that. As for losing, I will refer to this post any time I think my luck has run out.
