Re: Middle Limit Hold\'em
You said you don't want 4 players drawing slim against your hand, period, The End. Not that you would rather have 2 players drawing for double bets, you never meantioned any of that at all. You only meantioned that in your last reply.
Here's the quotes: First reply: [ QUOTE ] I don't care how slim they're drawing, I don't want four players drawing slim against my best hand [nothing about multibets, nothing about 2 players] [/ QUOTE ] Second reply: [ QUOTE ] I would always prefer to play 2 players for two bets each than four players for one bet each. [/ QUOTE ] Your last reply such as the collective odds reply are both ways to dodge out. |

Re: Middle Limit Hold\'em
[ QUOTE ]
Your last reply such as the collective odds reply are both ways to dodge out. [/ QUOTE ] I don't know how this turned into this, but here goes: I'm not trying to "dodge out" of anything. I (perhaps mistakenly) assumed that I had at least implied and probably manged to infer that I did not want the entire table to fold, yet did not wish to have the entire table calling along, either. Therefore, I thought you might read into my post the fact that I would want LESS opponents paying MORE money. Sorry. No need to get surly. |

Re: Middle Limit Hold\'em
I agree with everything you say in your post.
It's worth a re-think. However, I am leaning toward raise for now. As in ALWAYS. |

Re: Middle Limit Hold\'em
[ QUOTE ]
now i'm confused...are we assuming thinking or non-thinking (good or bad) players?? [/ QUOTE ] the description is "a 10/20 game". unless a mid-limit game is described as being particularly bad or tight, i assume it to be loose. |
