small claims court does force u to pay....and it doesnt take a ton of ur time...i dunno what some of u r thinking. He said it wasnt direly needed so he has time to wait for them to make her pay - ie. garnishment of wages or a fi fa. The only time it would take is filling out a form and showing up for court. Its worth it to me just to make her go through the hassle and then have things of hers frozen in the future b/c she was a dumb tard about bills
