I too am baffled all to hell about how it's decided in this place what bizarre questions are taken seriously.

While i framed it poorly, the question is essence isnt all that bizarre. ITs about leaving a great job with a good connection for a short term increase and perhaps a bit more happiness. Also, its about somoene in the early 20's deciding what is the next step in their career.

Give that goal up and go for the cash. Lawyers who can't spell don't end up making very much money. Plus, law school very much sucks.
