Re: Girls at the gym: to stare or not?
[ QUOTE ]
The rowing machine is one of the best possible cardiovascular exercises you can do. As long as you have decent form and don't look like a spazz, I don't think it really matters what you're doing. [/ QUOTE ] it's great exercise- have to admit I prefer the Nordic cross trainer things though- The temptation to go all out on the ERG is too great and I'm always shattered after half the workout.. |

Re: Girls at the gym: to stare or not?
I do aerobic kick boxing, had a class tonight as a matter of fact. 20 girls and me the only guy and they all love me, platonically of course. The mirrors are great. I tell my wife we do group shower and she just laughs.

Wow. That's one of the nerdiest things I've ever read. It kind of reminds me of this thing I saw a while back called "the nerd's guide to getting girls" or something like that. Seriously, 90% of what it takes to get girls can be summed up in 3 words: don't be weird. [/ QUOTE ] this is really all it is, use common sense and be normal. its not a secret or anything, just act like a reasonable person who has their [censored] together. |

Re: Girls at the gym: to stare or not?
It depends on what your intention is by staring. If it is to not care about looking like a pervert and to brand their image in your mind so you can rub one out later that evening, by all means, stare until they report you. If you want to actually talk to them and/or perhaps meet them, after getting caught staring one time, walk up to them and introduce yourself. If neither option seems viable to you, then stop staring and focus on your workout.

Re: Girls at the gym: to stare or not?
dont stare, if the girl doesnt notice, other girls will I notice too. girls have a good sense of when they are being watched, its very creepy. I even have people watch me for way to long sometimes, its odd. And they will talk about you.
just say hi to them, nothing more. after 3-4 weeks of this usually they get curious why you only say hi and introduce themselves. |
