Nice run...if you are playing 5/10 6-max your folded to SB steal should NOT be 100%

If you were to put those numbers in red and change the limit to 15/30 and 10/20 6-max...welcome to my weekend. OK it wasn't quite that bad...but close enough.

Yeah, seriously... how can I learn to make $15,000 in less than 1.5k hands?

Edit: Holy crap your VP$IP is high... is that a normal Omaha thing?

[/ QUOTE ]

The major reason that my VP$IP is so high is because I play predominately shorthanded. Occasionally I will play a few rounds on a full table of a 1000 PL table, but 90% of the time I play 6 handed or less. As someone else commented, I do outplay people postflop alot too. Omaha is a game where action truly breeds action. I may see every flop for a round and lose 50 bucks for 6 or 7 hands in a row, and then win a 2400 pot on the 8th hand when they get tired of me potting it every hand and I have the nuts.

This has been an amazing run for me, probably one of the best of my poker career. I think the main reason I have won so much this month is because there are so many fish that have moved up to this level that are not accustomed to it and just plain play bad.

That is nothing, man.

This past week I cleared my bonus at Party - and broke exactly even over the course of 1800 hands or so. Like, down to the penny. THAT takes skill, my friends.

I won my first MTT this weekend. It was a live, local tourney. 69 entrants, $100 buy in. Good weekend for me too.

it's "folded SB to steal", not "folded to SB steal". big difference.

I won about 100 BB this weekend at 5/10 6 max...badly needed as up until now i'd been having a pretty unstellar year. Running at around break even for the most part for a couple of months. Also won a few hundred at the 100 NL tables.

How does one only manage to break even on party when clearing a bonus?

I had sweet variance when clearing mine. At least one fish that was 75/50 or worse on at least 3 of my 4 tables the whole time i cleared it. Oh how i love going 4 bets on the river with top pair against jack high.
