Well I will keep my opinions to myself then, and let the experts handle things here. I don't win anyway when I play the game, I only deal it.

The main thing I have learned about BJ in my time is to forget it and play poker.

that's certainly a valid argument - but since BJ figures into your primary income, why not seek to become an expert, or at least somewhat proficient about the game you deal? learn the correct basic strategy on your own or with our help, and maybe you can benefit when one of your customers gets "lucky" from following the mathematically proper advice. after all, losers don't tip!

Yes. Post your rules, or follow one of the links. Learn the mathematically correct basic strategy to the game you deal. If asked a question, you can give the CORRECT answer.

Preface your advice with "I'm not telling you how to play your hand, and sometimes the BEST play isn't the RIGHT play, but the mathematically optimal choice is ...."

By always giving out the correct answer, you might find some good tipping players actually seek you out to play with, instead of playing with some other dummy dealer.

This makes me think of another topic that just cracks me up.

Blackjack tournaments. These fish try to purposoley make the wrong plays to take the dealer's bust card. For example, the guy on 3rd base will put out the min bet when everyone before him makes a big bet. He then purposolely tries to take the dealer's bust card to screw the rest of the table. rofl, it cracks me up every time!
