I went a little ape today too in another thread, it happens and is proabably a good thing (although my tone may not be). Too bad my employer makes me do stuff these days so I can't create like 50 startegy posts a day.

A good/solid player generally won't make a statement about how his raises are recieved on prior tables. When a player mentions this when sitting down, I've found it usually does mean he is LAG and is ready to blow some chips. But you are right, you don't really know.

Since I'd only be putting in 1 bet here, I might very well do it. Especially if the other coldcallers have been coldcalling with crap all night.

Not to mention, what are the odds of having an LAG at commerce? From what i've heard from many sources, it's pretty good all the way up to 15-30.

Red herring. This could be true for just about any hand you'd call a raise with in the BB.
