I don't think any of them are close. Perhaps those calling 2 cold with J10o thought they were in the big blind and not the button?

That's a good point. But why not really shock them and wait until you have 72s.

he will be surprised if a preflop 3bettor doesn't show AA. i wonder what people have when there is a 3 bet and a 4 bet, do they both have AA?

#2 I'll change my answer to fold. Originally I thought this was like case #1 where you are in the BB. However, I do think that if you play a lot better than your opponents post-flop, a call can be +EV. But you better be pretty sure that you are that much better than your opponents.
