It wouldn't be an issue at all if it were enforced, I've always done it, and all the sudden it is against the rules.

hat is complete BS. The last time I was at Caesar's, I was seated next to the big 1/2 O, 1/2 HE PL game and one of the regs played for at least 1/2 hour standing up.

When does this game run and what are the blinds/buyin, please?

Not sure when it runs....it used to be a weekly game on like Tuesday, Thursday or Firday, something like that. But, I know it runs more frequently than that now and everytime I'm there I've seen at least 4 of the same guys always playing it.

They have a $200 minimum, 2/5 NL HE game. I believe this is a $500 min 5/10 blinds... But, i'm not sure. I'll check when I'm down there next hopefully in a couple of weeks.

You seriously might have some standing under the ADA, but it sounds like you worked things out with the room manager. (EDITED from "more likely just calling the poker room manager and discussing it will fix things".) I can't imagine they'd run off a player with a bona fide reason for standing.

If worst comes to worst, can you sit down long enough to see your cards and stand up after mucking? Unless you're a LAG maniac should give you plenty of standing time -- just not contiguous time.

I was playing in the CO cardrooms last night and an obvious action junkie stood up for about 4 hands until the floor manager came and told him to sit down. Interesting.

Saying that being fat is a disability simply dilutes the word for people who really are disabled.

Well, an adult male is going to have to go about 350 before it becomes a disability.

I am down to about 325. I didn't claim to be disabled.
