The only things I have on this game is a quarter bet and a couple props: on the first quarter OVER 7 at even money, Washington total points over 15 at -120, and "Will Either Team Score 3 Straight Times w/o Other Team Scoring" NO at +115.

If I had to pick, I'd probably take the Skins and the over. I think the o/u number is just a bit too small for this game - I would HOPE Washington can put up more than 9 points this week.
