I think the decision of whether to raise utg with qj off totally depends on the table.If you are on very aggressive table a raise with qj off up front is certain death -you will be paying 3 and/or 4 bets each time you raise with it and with no position it is most likely a losing play.However on a weaker and or passive table, the raise proves to be more profitable.Moral is its tougher to raise with these types of hands when you are continually getting 3 and 4 bet after it.
