I think it is possible that you are behind here, but given that you're opponent hasn't bet or raised since the flop, I think that their most likely hand is AK, and it is possible that you will get called on the river. I would bet.

the key for this hand for me is that there's others in the pot. to think he has an overpair and is letting you bet would be a good move for him if it was HU. but it's not. he'd likely try some move here to make someone pay to draw to beat him. if he had an overpair, wouldnt he play a little faster on the flop? or maybe test you on the turn?

id bet the river. if he doesnt call, you still get the benefit of not having to show your hand. highly doubtful he has a 3 in his hand given the preflop action. and if he did, i doubt he'd check the river with it.

bet the river and call a raise.
