My affiliate has counteracted this by going into partnership with the Psychic Hotline. For a surprisingly small fee, they are able to take a lump sum payment, and break out hundreds of individual payments to the exact dollar. I have always been skeptical of psychics, but these guys have changed my opinion of them.

Uh... no. Stars doesnt use a % system to pay affiliates.

Individual trackers have NOT been turned off for ALL affiliate accounts, that much i can 100% guarentee you. And I know that based on things that have nothing to do with rakeback.
