Re: 56o vs KK and a set
Since so few people raise PF in the 10NL games, I was pretty sure that .40 meant AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK, AQ, AK, or A-x suited.

Re: 56o vs KK and a set
[ QUOTE ]
Since fold equity is relatively low at 25NL and lower, the relative value of big cards (like AKo) goes down. [/ QUOTE ] This is not correct. The relative value of big cards goes WAY up in games where people chase with incorrect odds and go too far with one pair hands. [ QUOTE ] Therefore, good players are not extracting as much value as they can. Since most players at 10NL are weak players, good players can profit from their mistakes by playing a wider range of hands PF and skillfully playing postfolp. [/ QUOTE ] Yes, but that does not generally include cold-calling raises preflop with 87o. |

Re: 56o vs KK and a set
dude this hand is terrible...you have outs??? the only outs you're happy with make your straight, not to mention 1 of them makes a flush too
the flop definitely isnt folding out any A, let alone any draw then you hit your miracle and you dont even bet 1/2 pot?? |

Re: 56o vs KK and a set

What would be the purpose of re-raising a PF raiser at 10NL? With any hand but QQ-AA? [/ QUOTE ] If villain is aggro preflop, I'd reraise more than QQ-AA. |
