Despite all that, My favourite machine is the one where women open and close legs repeatedly.

This machine is dubbed the "good girl/bad girl machine"

I did the hip adductor/abductor today and it did feel kinda strange.

And I keep my mouth shut at the gym as I'm sure the girls aren't that impressed with the size of my arms.

Wow. That's one of the nerdiest things I've ever read. It kind of reminds me of this thing I saw a while back called "the nerd's guide to getting girls" or something like that. Seriously, 90% of what it takes to get girls can be summed up in 3 words: don't be weird.

What do you guys think of the rowing machine. Does it make me look un-masculine. It's my favorite machine and I can't help feeling like a chick when I'm working on it.

Don't stare. It's ok to look ocassionally, but don't just like sit there staring in between her thighs. If you just wanna take a look and check her out, make sure that you finish off by looking at her face. If she caught you, make eye contact, give a little shy smile and move on.

The rowing machine is one of the best possible cardiovascular exercises you can do. As long as you have decent form and don't look like a spazz, I don't think it really matters what you're doing.

I would say that this is a bad idea, because if you're worried about what women at the gym think, you don't wanna be that guy who has to check himself out in the mirror every 30 seconds.
