No way...no. Bad, over-aggressive players get AA, KK, and 99, too, ya know? I think 3-betting the turn is definitely in order, but if he caps the turn, I say call one on the river. Capping just seems way overaggressive here with bottom set.

I think your range is way too tight. People like this go absolutely nuts in blind wars with all sorts of crap. At the very least hands like AT-AQ need to be included. But I've seen much much worse in this situation. I'm capping all streets.

Sure they do. But what makes them bad over-aggressive players is that they may play A2, QQ, KQ, two hearts, AT, ..... the same way here. You have a set. You don't get sets very often. You should give the LAG a chance to pay you off when you do get one.

You are right, this appears not to have crossed my mind at any point.

SH I have no problem capping through, but in the full games I rarely see this kind of all out attack and I am getting my knickers in a twist. Blind steals are quite thin on the ground in the games I play, and very aggro follow-ups even less so. There are less spots to get really pissy, or so it seems, it's all that damn folding....
