Its a close line between 3 betting and folding. I just can't call cold here. You have a gutshot (4 outs) backdoor flush (1.5 outs), and an overcard (1 out), giving you about 6.5 outs . Though, your overcard is out a pretty dirty out. Some reads would help here. Is the villian a passive or agressive player. Will you be able to take a cheap card? If you think you can get 2 cards for 3 SB, go for it
