Usually the pork is just an appetizer before the Mongo Beef though, it's almost never a meal by itself.

I usually go with a pork egg roll, teriyaki beef, egg drop soup, and maybe some rice. The place I usually go to also has sushi, so if I'm hungry I get a few salmon maki as well.

You should try making your own egg rolls. Just mix some cole slaw mix (I think that's what it is - you buy it in a bag in the produce section) with some cooked ground beef. Put it in one of those round tortilla-type dough things, fold it up - fry it in oil for maybe 30 secs and you're done. I never realized how good a fresh egg roll was.
