What type of Chinese Food is best?

I would make this a poll... but I don't know all the different kinds. My vote goes to Orange Chicken with Sesame Chicken in a close second.

My fav is Mongolian Chicken. Not as sweet/saucey as Orange/Lemon/Sesame etc.

Orange chicken is about the lamest Chinese food, to me anyway.

I've had a bunch of chicken and shrimp dishes that were phenomenal but I don't even remember their names. One that was incredibly good that I always want to find again is a shrimp dish with these incredibly tender small baby bok choi.

I'm a huge fan of good ole egg rolls, but I haven't had a good Chinese one in like 20 years. I'm disappointed every time. I guess I got spoiled by all the good ones I had growing up in Guam and Hawaii. And I don't think any of them were ever as good as the Filipino lumpia anyway.

General Tsao's Chicken and Garlic Chicken.

Either way, Thai food>>>Chinese food (although I love me some Chinese food if it's good!).
