Raising pre flop raise %?

I raise with 99 in any position including the blinds. I'll also raise 66-88 agaisnt weak limpers in MP and LP. And of course that mean's I'll open raise them without limpers.

Broadway hands can be raised if it's folded to you in LP. I sometimes raise suited connectors or one gappers in this situation if I know the blinds to be tight.
