because I'm stupid, I just can't learn to stop slowplaying, I in troubles so many times because of it, but yet, I just continue doing it. I think this is still one of my major leaks, in both limit and NL...

Here's a rule of thumb for slowplaying that should be violated only when you know better: Look at the board and imagine the number of cards that you absolutely hate on the next street. If that number is > 4, don't.
