Trash talking = +EV??

I don't know about this, I think it would cause some players to leave the game, and it would give you a bad name. I think it's best to just be super nice, and always tell other players they made the right play. For example, when some guy is whining to me about how he couldn't fold his top pair (even though he cold-called a raise with ace-two and an ace flopped) I say "yeah, I hear ya, you made the right play," etc... Also talk about things like sports, jokes, etc...

It's break even. For the poker itself it's fairly +EV, but it balances out as kharma dictates that the trash talker be hit by a bus shortly after the session.

In all seriousness, I don't see what this would accomplish short of scaring off the loose/weak players and leaving you with rocks and more aggressive folk.
