Re: AKo, overcards.
The reason that I ask is, this happened:
Turn: (9 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font> <font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, MP1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 3-bets</font> So, I'm raise/folding here right? |

Re: AKo, overcards.
Is it just me or should you check preflop here?

Re: AKo, overcards.
WOOOOOOOO!!!! NATCHAAA BOIIIII WOOOOOO!!!!!
you aren't going to fold TPTK. neither calling nor raising will protect your hand against the K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] , but raising will give the worst correct-odds for most drawing hands. call down a 3-bet if the other players bail out and it is heads up on the river. if you call this, you essentially missed a big bet so i would look to raise the bettor on the river to a harmless card. |

Re: AKo, overcards.
Raising the flop still gives flush draws odds to call.
