Anyone have a Neteller debit card?

Can you use the Neteller debit card just like you do a regular debit/credit card...at stores, restaurants, online merchants, etc.? My impression was that you were just able to use it to have access to instant cash by withdrawling from ATMs.

I've used mine at HomeDepot, Walmart, Brunos (local Grocery store), Lowes, and Target just in the last few weeks and never had a problem. I rarely get cash back with the purchase but I have done that before as well with no problem.
