Why do we assume that Button is going to be raising/3-betting? Perhaps we could fold him out with raise?

I'd have a hard time continuing on this flop. The button betting would be fine, but the BB is betting into the preflop raisers. I'd have a hard time not giving one of the two credit for a King.

The other option is to raise the flop and see who sticks around. Might get expensive, though.
