Check raising the flop is over my head. I know I have a lot of outs (9 for the flush and 4 for the gutshot), but I'm out of the small blind. I can't get a free card, I can't buy outs, and I have no overcards.
Can you explain why a check raise is the right move?

You checkraise the flop because you are making money off of a large percentage of each bet going into the pot. Someone else can do the math and figure it out. Im lazy. Not c/r isnt bad, but you must checkraise when you hit.

The math is easy homie. We're looking at about 45% equity in the pot, which means anything that isn't HU we want to c/r. So when we're 3-handed, we're putting in 33% of the money with an expectation of getting 45% of it back.

3-bet the river.

Unclear whether to bet out on the flop or check raise. I prefer beting out, as I find the chance to check raise unreliable when its unrasied pre flop.

Should probably reraise the river. Otherwise well played.
