I have to agree about InterPoker being bad about this. If you lose that stupid PIN for whatever reason and now live in a different location, you are pretty much screwed. They will mail your PIN to the location on file, but since you are no longer there, it's not like you're going to receive the PIN anyway.

The whole PIN thing is lame to begin with. It's a casino-style policy that is meant to keep new players in the casino so they will lose their money to Intercasino/Crypto skins by not allowing them to cash out quickly.

You have to then fax them info that proves you lived in your old location as well as your new if you lose your pin permanently and can't retrieve it from your old location. I'm not sure how you would do so for a PO Box, hopefully in this case the poster has some old bank statement or bill that went to his PO Box. Otherwise, it's going to be a real pain in the ass.

I speak from experience, took them like 4 weeks before I had the change to get my money when I changed addresess.

I agree with the first poster. I have had an InterPoker account for well over a year and cashed out a few times. I have the pin and want the funds sent back to neteller. They wait more than seven days after my cashout request and email me saying I need to fax address verification, utility bills, drivers lic. etc. How are they protecting me?

Thank you,

Jim Kuhn

Interpoker's holding $2200 of mine and they need address verification... They already sent me a damn letter wth a pin number that I have used twice to cash out. This is [censored] ridiculous.

I just transferred from my old college and the address was there.

Now they're making me jump through all sorts of hoops to get my damn money back.

This is absolute bullshit. I hate Interpoker. Beware because interpoker will find reasons to steal your money.

I don't go to the college anymore where my P.O. Box was so I have no way to verify that the P.O. box was mine other than the fact that I got the damn letter from them with the pin number in and it used it to withdraw the funds.

Watch out for Interpoeker

I think your case is completely different then the initial poster. Given that he changed his mailing address from a PO box i believe this should raise red flags. Im not saying that the poster is up to any funny stuff but i can see how having a PO box as a mailing address could be a little suspecious.

It sounds to me that as long a you never lose your PIN # you should not notify them of an address change. Same with Neteller - only a change in bank account would require notifying Neteller.

What about the receipts the post office gave you for rental of the PO Box?

Or any bills in your name that went to that PO Box?

Yeah, it's a pain, but how quickly would you be complaining if your roomate/ex-girlfriend/etc stole your password and pin number and had Interpoker mail them a check...

On the interpoker topic, is there any way to check the amount of raked hands you have?
