Interpoker is not out to steal your money. Given that your mailing address changed, and that you previously had a PO box their request for additional information is more then reasonable. It is as much for your protection as theirs. Suck it up and fax in the info they requested.

Thanks Cubs. Glad you answered with class. I wanted to
strike back. No need to insult a site that offers the best monthly bonus around, plus has easy (although 72 hour) money transfers.

Thx.

I just played at Interpoker for the first time this month. How long does it take to get the PIN number in the mail?

Thanks,

Fitz

If you are in the US expect it to take 5-10 business days. Ive gotten my PIN in as few as 3 and as many as 12 business days.

yeah no they aren't out to get your $2k but they are idiots for not recognizing that people do move and it shouldn't be as hard as it is to get money. Seriously if you've cashed out twice why they need it now is beyond me.

Do you still need a PIN if you cash out with Neteller?

Yes, you need it every time you cashout.

If he was cashing out with netteller he would not even need to tell them he moved and could use his old pin. I deduce therefor that he is requesting a check and they are wondering why he wants it sent to a new address.

Kudos to them for protecting your money.

You're right. I was responding to the guy who asked if you needed the pin even with Neteller, which indeed you do.

I agree, good job Interpoker.
