Send an Email to empire. I did, and this is the response I got.

Yeh, but the $50 with no WR is shown under my bonus account as using bonus code HOTSEP. Can I deposit again to get the $100?

[/ QUOTE ]

Thats what I want to know.
Probably not.
They might as well have said the new bonus is only for those who were rejected by the $500 and then made it a 1% up to $5000 bonus. or how about a 0.1% up to $50000.
No matter what they call it, it's $50. not $100. not $5000. not $50000

Who says you have to win @1BB/100 hands? I completed .75 of the bonus and lost $36. Do you not have losing streaks? I would never have played at Empire/Party if not for this. No,I did nothing deceitful as all information on this site is public knowledge and can't be censored. You got a freebe and I took a loss(big deal-not much) but the violation was there and for you to make it a matter of no importance because you made a profit is pissy-you should run for office-you'll fit right in. LOL.

No, I tried to take advantage of something I wasn't entitled to and ended up making 50 bucks for it.

I have to agree also.

Chain of events for me =

1: Withdraw 500 from Empire
2: Redeposit 500 in Empire
3: Get 500 bonus
4: Go to bed
5: Wake up, no hands played bonus cancled
6: Get 50$ as an apology.

So in essence I made 50$ just by withdrawing and redepositing which has to be one of the best bonuses ever.

If i had played 2000 hands and then this had happened my attitude would of course be different.

Chain of events for me

1. Deposit 500 in Empire
2. Get 500 bonus
3. Make decision to start working on this bonus or continue on a bonus at Party, since I dont have the time to play enough to clear both of them in a month.
4. Decide on Empire
5. Play 180 hands and lose $25
6. Goto bed
7. Wake up, bonus cancelled.
8. Think boy those 100+ raked hands wouldve been helpful with the party bonus
9. No $50 as an apology.

I really dont care much as I figured the bonus would get yanked anyways, but the 'hey it worked out great for me, so I am a happy camper' attitude from people (not King specifically, just his post was a good example) about this kind of thing just irks me.

I'll be as happy to take advantage of the 100 max bonus they are offering as a consolation as I was last week to get the Party 100 Max bonus

Only if they pay you.
