Is there a website somewhere with a tournament final table deal calculator, using the Sklansky fair deal formula? Thanx in advance....

Does anybody know the formula for the Sklansky fair deal? I can't find a reference to it anywhere. I may be interested in making an Excel spreadsheet for this if I know what it is.
