referring at partypker question

[Instinct]

I have a friend who has downloaded partypoker and has been playing for fun.
He hasn't played real money yet.

I am teaching him to play but did not realize he had already played there for fun for the last week.

Is it too late for me to refer him as an affiliate or refer a friend?
If not should he wipe out the software on his computer now so that he can go through my link so he can use my code?

I Know I can loom this up, but if anyone knows which is better for the affiliates .. party or empire ... please let me know.
