Default Did i buthcer this hand?

Hi everyone, was just wondering if you could help me out on this on. While it was going on it seemed pretty standard but now as I think about it I am somewhat bothered by the way I played it.

Reads: SB Very Agrresive, will not hesistate to put 2 or 3 bets in preflop.

BB: Semi Aggressive, (By semi I just mean not as Aggresive as SB)

Button: Loose, Passive, Calling Station

10/20 Live Game Down to 4 players

Hero is UTG with KQo

Hero raises, button calls, SB 3 bets, BB folds, Hero Caps. button calls, SB calls.

(against this player I saw no other way then to cap, I really dont see him having a better hand than me)

Flop 3 players

Kc Qs Jc

SB checks, Hero Bets, Button raises, SB calls, Hero 3 bets, Button caps, Sb calls, Hero calls.

Turn {Kc Qs Jc} 8s

SB checks, (Button checks out of turn) Hero Bets, button calls, SB raises, Hero calls

River {Kc Qs Jc 8s} Xc

SB bets, Hero Calls, Button folds

Comments on all streets appreciated.

Sometimes bad players get good hands too.

I'd be tempted to go 1 more bet on the turn here. You are ahead of AA/KJ/QJ and behind KK/QQ/JJ. If SB is as aggressive as you say he is, KJ and QJ are still fairly likely.

Hi Pistol,

I think your hand play needs to be solely dependent on how skilled is SB. You mentioned that SB is very aggressive, as he should be when it is very short-handed, but how is he playing? If he slings his chips like candy, then KJ or QJ is very possible. If he is solid after the flop on top of LAG preflop, the turn check-raise may still mean trouble. The monster that may await you could be A-10. You also mentioned that the button is loose passive calling station. Sure doesn't seem like it, and odd how he folded the river after being the aggressor on the flop.

I don't agree with your preflop cap in your position. If you would have simply called the 3-bet pf, and await the flop results, you could have raised SB's bet on the flop to drive out button to play it headsup. Being that you capped it, I think the hand postflop was played fine.

By the way, your results in white are not showing.

Thanks for the replies.
Today I agree, I should have just called his 3-bet then seen what developed on the flop. As for the results the SB showed Ac3c for the nut flush. Thanks for the input.
