Yes. It's OK. It covers Omaha, Holdem, and Stud. I've only read the holdem section. It doesn't reveal anything new, however, it's a decent book. But if you have HPFAP or SSH you don't need this book.

It's a great book, that helps you develop feel, and has some new/old concepts that are not talked about in 2+2 books. It's a book you read after you can beat a hold'em/stud/Hi omaha game with ease, and are now looking to to take your play to a higher level. Basicly this book talks about the odds of different types of poker match-ups and how that should influence your thinking/betting in the different games. Thats not really a big subject in HEFAP or 7CSFAP (haven't read SSH). But it is very important. Especially when you have current best hand. |
