You have to raise this river. Yes, he could have a boat, but he could have Q-junk. If you get three bet, so be it.

I think i would raise the turn, your J could be good, and if its not then you still have your flush redraw. There many many hands other than a Q such as a middle pocket pair. On the river i would raise and call a 3bet, but if you are positive that MP has a Q based on a read i think going for the overcall is ok...
