Default Party 3/6: When to reraise an LP openraiser?

I've been playing Party 3/6 off-and-on for the past couple of weeks, and I am still adjusting to the somewhat tighter and more aggressive nature of the average table (at least compared to 2/4).

On two occasions this evening, I was either on the button or CO, and had the player to my immediate right openraise (a different player each time, with no clear reads). If I assume that the blinds are semi-loose--meaning that at least one player may call a raise but will be much less likely to call a three-bet, what is the lowest pocket pair with which one should reraise? And when, if ever, would it be correct to simply coldcall?

Too tight. As button, if you know nothing about the raiser you can still make it three bets with AT/A9s or 66 if you think this will drop the blinds most of the time. As cutoff you might want to go to 77, but AT or A9s is still good.
