Confidence and POKER

I've noticed something interesting as of Today. Confidence while playing means alot. I've been running bad in nl after suffering some terrible losses adding up to around 1500$ per the last month. I'd have to say my confidence in myself was shattered until yesterday when I got back into a game I had complete control over. Now I'm starting to win again now that my confidence is back up. I can play cool, not tilted.
